Health Club

Located on the lower level of The HarborView Towers, the Health Club is managed by the HarborView Marina and Yacht Club and open to all residents of the community.

 The 4,000 square foot Health Club is equipped with state of the art cardiovascular machines such as spinning bicycles, elliptical machines and treadmills in addition to rowing machines, free weights, aerobics room and a Cybex training circuit. The fitness center is open 24 hours, 7 days a week by controlled access and maintained by First Service Residential.

Aquiatics Center

Exclusively for residents and their guests, The HarborView Towers’ indoor aquatics center features a 50-foot pool perfect for swimming laps, a children’s wading pool and hot tub spa for adults, as well as locker rooms, sauna, steam rooms and a massage facility.

Community Spaces

From ballrooms to boardrooms, small or large meetings, social events or other special occasions, The HarborView Towers’ community spaces are perfect for any gathering. Renovated spaces such as the HarborView Clubhouse, Conference Room, Fireside Lounge and Formal Lounge, feature sweeping views of the water and city skyline. For any event or occasion, The HarborView Towers’ staff is available to assist with set-up.

In addition to interior community spaces, residents of The HarborView Towers have access to several outdoor spaces positioned right on Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Whether you’re planning a family cookout or just looking to get some fresh air, the various outdoor community spaces are perfect for spending time near the water.

Parking & Valet Services

The Harborview Towers’ parking garage is conveniently located beneath the building, with access to both towers from three parking levels. The garage elevator doors are access controlled and handicapped accessible. The Harborview Towers’ garage is gated, and controlled entry and exit is maintained.

Our complimentary valet service at The Harborview Towers is offered 24-hours a day, seven days a week for guests and visitors. Any resident may have up-to five cars per event per day parked for up 24-hours at no cost. Long-term parking of guests (two days or more) can be arranged by calling the front desk in advance. Event valet service can be scheduled where service is needed for more than five cars.

Pet Friendly Environment

The Harborview Towers is a pet-friendly environment. We are sensitive to the needs of both pet owners and residents who maintain a pet-free living environment. In respecting the wishes of all residents, we maintain a pet-free lobby (with the exception of service dogs). 

Pet doors are available off the lobby in both towers, providing ease-of-entry for pets and their owners or designated dog-walkers. The Condominium’s current policies prohibit tenants from having pets, except for service and assistance animals as required by law. Reasonable accommodation requests should be submitted to Management.
